Our charcoal colour chunky Maria throw is very special. Our charcoal knitted throw is crafted in a traditional Irish honeycomb pattern, it is said to bring luck. Some say that it represents the hard-working honey bee.
Knitted using Irish cable stitching is said to resemble the fisherman’s ropes and brings hopes of a fruitful day at sea. The ladder of life pattern is also used, signifying the various stages in life. Some say that it has religious significance and resembles a pilgrim’s path to salvation.

Charcoal Knitted Throw Blanket Care Instructions
- Hand wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C with neutral soaps for natural or fine fibres.
- Alternatively, dry clean only with the appropriate solvent.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Dry flat over a clothes line.
