5 reasons to visit So Cosy HQ

Why visit so cosy?

We have some very exciting news indeed – So Cosy HQ is now officially open to the public! That’s right, you can visit the place where the magic happens, and whether you’re locally based or up for a little road trip, we promise you it’ll be well worth your time.

Whilst visits to So Cosy HQ are by appointment only – we split our time in the office with life on the road – we’re looking forward to meeting you in person to share our wonderful, super cosy homewares and accessories.

Here are just five reasons why you should make an appointment to visit So Cosy HQ…

1. See (and feel) our designs

There’s nothing like a good, old-fashioned shopping spree, and if you prefer this, more physical way of shopping, you’re not alone. Despite the rise of online shopping, UK consumers still prefer to shop in-store according to this poll from independent retail news outlet Talking Retail.

When shopping online, you simply can’t appreciate a product’s worth or fully experience its quality as Collectique discusses:

“For many consumers, the main reason to make purchases in-store is the opportunity to experience the product. That sofa that you saw online, how comfortable would it really be? Is that sweater as soft as you expected it to be? The reviews say ‘good quality’, but you might think differently… In a physical store, you always have the possibility to test and try things on, which is a huge help to make a final decision and ultimately increases your customer satisfaction.”

By visiting So Cosy HQ, you’ll get to see and feel our products for yourself, and ultimately get to grips with just how cosy they are.

2. Meet the founders

One of our favourite things to do is meet our customers face-to-face. That’s why we spend a big chunk of our time travelling around the world exhibiting at various events and shows. We were at RHS Tatton Park Flower Show in July and are due to exhibit at the prestigious Berenberg German Polo Masters SYLT event this month, and have many more outings planned for the months ahead.

Opening up our headquarters is another opportunity to share stories and chat with the people who mean the most – our customers.

3. Get the advice you need

Whether you’re a dab hand at interior design or need a little help creating a look you love, we’re here to support YOU.

We believe that everyone should have access to the assistance and advice they need to turn their house into a home. We’ll help you complete your look with ethical, eco-conscious and all-natural accessories that are kind to the planet and all who live here.

4. Don’t wait to take them home

While we pride ourselves on our excellent online experience, fast deliveries and super simple returns service, shopping with us in-store means you won’t have to wait to take your cosy goodies home with you.

5. Visit our neighbours

Our home at Fairclough Hall Farm is a shopping paradise, which means you can make a day of your visit. We’re certainly in good company, with our neighbours and fellow independents all well-known for their high-quality products.
