Customs and Duties
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase.
Cancellation Policy and Hassle Free Returns
Please contact us before returning goods.
Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Where you return an item purchased at event or online your refund will be issued by original payment method or by bank transfer in currency you paid.
P&P charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to return any items.
Please check it carefully for any wrong, faulty or missing products. Any faulty items must be flagged immediately to our attention and returned to us within 14 working days. Returned items will either be exchanged or a credit note will be issued included P&P.
