Customs and Duties
Please note that recipients in the EU and the rest of the world will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees, including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or the weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase.
EU parcels are subject to a customs clearance fee and additional tax, which varies depending on the country of receipt. You are responsible for the payment of this customs clearance fee and your own country tax. If payment is not received or parcels are refused/rejected on delivery, please note the P&P originally paid will not be reimbursed. The refund will be issued, minus the P&P, via your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy and Hassle Free Returns
Please contact us before returning goods.
Please return your items neatly folded, unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Where you return an item purchased at an event or online, your refund will be issued by the original payment method or by bank transfer in the currency you paid.
P&P charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to return any items.
Please check it carefully for any wrong, faulty or missing products. Any faulty items must be flagged immediately to our attention and returned to us within 14 working days. Returned items will either be exchanged or a credit note will be issued excluding P&P.
Where you return faulty and/or damaged item(s), you must do so within 14 days of purchase.

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order, and are subject to confirmation of the order. Prices are correct at the time of publication. If items that you order are out of stock, or subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you via the email address or phone number you provide when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority.
