We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

As goods are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days you are unable to cancel an order once placed but if for any reason you are not 100% pleased, we are always happy to exchange or refund any full price item. Please note Special Offer items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Your goods should be returned to us in perfect condition, in the original packaging along with your proof of purchase and within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning goods.
We want you, your family and your friends to love the gifts they receive this Christmas. Therefore we are happy to extend our 14 day returns policy over the festive period.
Any purchases made between 16th November 2019 and 23rd December 2019 can be returned until 5th January 2020 as long as accompanied by the original receipt. For purchases made on or after 24th December 2019 the standard 14 day policy applies.
P&P charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to return any items. Goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages, on the date the customer places the order, and are subject to confirmation of the order. Prices are correct at the time of publication. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or phone number you provide when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority.
